Abstract

Engineering quality management is a critical component for the successful implementation of modern engineering projects, with its core focus on enhancing the overall quality level of projects through scientific quality control and quality assurance systems. As the scale of engineering projects expands and technical complexity increases, traditional quality management methods are becoming insufficient to meet current demands, necessitating the development of more systematic and standardized quality management systems. This study aims to explore the theoretical fr amework of quality control and quality assurance systems in engineering quality management and their practical application effects, providing scientific guidance for engineering practices. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and empirical surveys, this research thoroughly examines the operational mechanisms of quality control and quality assurance throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering projects and proposes an integrated quality management system based on risk management and continuous improvement concepts. The results indicate that combining quality control with quality assurance can significantly improve the consistency and reliability of engineering quality while reducing potential quality risks. Furthermore, this study innovatively incorporates digital tools and intelligent technologies to optimize the collection and analysis of quality data, thereby enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of quality management. It concludes that establishing a comprehensive quality control and quality assurance system is not only a central aspect of engineering quality management but also a key pathway to promoting high-quality development in the engineering industry. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing an integrated quality management model suitable for complex engineering environments and validating its feasibility and effectiveness in real-world projects, offering valuable references for future research and practice.
