摘 要
随着全球可持续发展理念的深入推广,绿色建筑逐渐成为建筑业的重要发展方向,其在节能减排和环境保护方面的作用日益凸显。然而,绿色建筑项目的工程造价管理面临诸多挑战,如成本控制难度大、技术复杂性高以及资源分配不均衡等问题。本研究旨在探讨绿色建筑项目中工程造价管理的特点,并提出针对性的优化对策。通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了绿色建筑造价管理的核心要素,包括全生命周期成本控制、绿色技术应用及政策支持机制等。研究发现,绿色建筑项目的造价管理具有显著的动态性和综合性特征,其不仅需要关注建设阶段的成本控制,还需充分考虑运营维护阶段的长期效益。此外,研究提出了基于全过程管理理念的造价控制框架,强调通过数字化手段提升管理效率,并结合实际案例验证了该框架的可行性和有效性。本研究的主要创新点在于构建了适用于绿色建筑项目的造价管理体系,为相关从业者提供了理论指导与实践参考,同时为推动绿色建筑行业的健康发展贡献了重要价值。研究成果对完善绿色建筑造价管理理论体系、促进资源高效利用以及实现建筑领域的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the deepening promotion of global sustainable development concepts, green buildings have gradually become a crucial direction for the construction industry, with their roles in energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection becoming increasingly prominent. However, cost management in green building projects faces numerous challenges, such as difficulties in cost control, high technical complexity, and uneven resource allocation. This study aims to explore the characteristics of cost management in green building projects and propose targeted optimization strategies. By integrating literature analysis with case studies, this research systematically examines the core elements of cost management in green buildings, including lifecycle cost control, application of green technologies, and policy support mechanisms. The findings indicate that cost management in green building projects exhibits significant dynamic and integrated features, requiring attention not only to cost control during the construction phase but also to long-term benefits during operation and maintenance stages. Furthermore, this study proposes a cost control fr amework based on the concept of full-process management, emphasizing the enhancement of management efficiency through digital means. The feasibility and effectiveness of this fr amework are validated through practical case studies. A key innovation of this research lies in the establishment of a cost management system tailored for green building projects, providing theoretical guidance and practical references for relevant professionals while contributing significantly to the healthy development of the green building industry. The research outcomes hold important implications for improving the theoretical fr amework of green building cost management, promoting efficient resource utilization, and achieving sustainability in the construction sector.
