摘 要
随着工程建设规模的不断扩大和复杂性的持续提升,工程质量管理的重要性日益凸显。本研究旨在深入探讨质量监督与质量检查在工程质量管理中的作用及其相互关系,以期为提高工程质量管理水平提供理论支持与实践指导。研究基于系统化的文献综述和实地调研,结合案例分析方法,对当前工程质量管理中存在的问题进行了全面剖析,并提出了优化质量监督与质量检查协同机制的具体策略。研究表明,质量监督与质量检查虽在功能定位上有所区别,但二者相辅相成,共同构成了工程质量管理的核心环节。通过构建多层次、多维度的质量监控体系,可以有效弥补传统管理模式中的不足,显著提升工程项目的整体质量水平。本研究的创新点在于首次明确了质量监督与质量检查的功能边界,并提出了一种基于数据驱动的动态监测模型,该模型能够实时反馈质量问题并辅助决策制定。此外,研究还强调了数字化技术在工程质量管理中的应用潜力,为未来的研究方向提供了重要启示。最终结论表明,强化质量监督与质量检查的协同效应,结合现代信息技术手段,是实现工程质量管理科学化、精细化的关键路径。这一研究成果对推动工程质量管理理论的发展及实践改进具有重要意义。

Abstract
As the scale and complexity of engineering construction continue to expand, the importance of engineering quality management has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to explore in depth the roles and interrelationships of quality supervision and quality inspection in engineering quality management, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the level of quality management. Based on a systematic literature review and field research, combined with case analysis, this study comprehensively examines the existing problems in current engineering quality management and proposes specific strategies for optimizing the collaborative mechanism between quality supervision and quality inspection. The findings indicate that, although quality supervision and quality inspection differ in functional positioning, they complement each other and together constitute the core components of engineering quality management. By constructing a multi-level and multi-dimensional quality monitoring system, it is possible to effectively address the shortcomings of traditional management models and significantly improve the overall quality of engineering projects. A key innovation of this study lies in its clarification of the functional boundaries between quality supervision and quality inspection, as well as the proposal of a data-driven dynamic monitoring model capable of providing real-time feedback on quality issues and supporting decision-making processes. Additionally, the study highlights the potential application of digital technologies in engineering quality management, offering important implications for future research directions. The final conclusion underscores that strengthening the synergistic effects of quality supervision and quality inspection, integrated with modern information technology, represents a critical pathway to achieving scientific and refined engineering quality management. This research holds significant implications for advancing the development of engineering quality management theory and improving its practical applications.
