摘 要
随着全球可持续发展理念的深入推广,绿色建筑作为实现低碳环保目标的重要途径,其项目质量管理逐渐成为学术界和实践领域的研究热点。本研究旨在探讨绿色建筑项目质量管理的特点及优化对策,以提升项目质量水平并推动行业可持续发展。研究基于文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,选取多个典型绿色建筑项目进行深入剖析,从质量管理体系、技术标准、施工过程控制等方面系统总结了绿色建筑质量管理的独特特点。研究发现,绿色建筑项目质量管理具有多目标性、技术复杂性和环境适应性的显著特征,同时面临标准体系不完善、管理协同不足以及资源约束等挑战。针对这些问题,本文提出了构建全生命周期质量管理模式、强化跨领域协作机制以及引入数字化管理工具等创新性对策。研究结果表明,通过优化质量管理策略,能够有效提高绿色建筑项目的综合性能和可持续价值。本研究的主要贡献在于揭示了绿色建筑质量管理的核心要素及其相互作用机制,并为行业提供了可操作性强的改进方案,对促进绿色建筑高质量发展具有重要的理论指导意义和实践参考价值

Abstract
With the deepening promotion of global sustainable development concepts, green buildings, as an essential approach to achieving low-carbon and environmental protection goals, have gradually become a research hotspot in both academic and practical fields regarding project quality management. This study aims to explore the characteristics and optimization strategies of quality management in green building projects to enhance project quality levels and promote industry sustainability. By employing a combined method of literature analysis and case studies, multiple typical green building projects were selected for in-depth examination. The study systematically summarized the unique features of green building quality management from aspects such as quality management systems, technical standards, and construction process control. The findings indicate that green building project quality management is characterized by multi-ob jectivity, technical complexity, and environmental adaptability, while facing challenges such as an incomplete standard system, insufficient collaborative management, and resource constraints. In response to these issues, this paper proposes innovative strategies, including establishing a full lifecycle quality management model, strengthening cross-domain collaboration mechanisms, and introducing digital management tools. The results demonstrate that optimizing quality management strategies can effectively improve the overall performance and sustainable value of green building projects. The primary contribution of this study lies in revealing the core elements of green building quality management and their interaction mechanisms, providing the industry with highly operational improvement solutions. This research holds significant theoretical guidance and practical reference value for promoting high-quality development in green buildings.
