摘 要
随着经济的快速发展和建筑行业的日益复杂化,工程造价管理成为提升项目经济效益和资源利用效率的关键环节。然而,传统造价优化方法往往存在成本控制与功能需求难以平衡的问题,亟需引入更科学、系统的分析手段。本研究以价值工程理论为基础,结合现代工程管理理念,提出了一种基于价值工程的工程造价优化方法。该方法通过功能分析、价值评估及方案优化等核心步骤,系统性地识别项目中功能与成本之间的潜在矛盾,并通过量化分析实现资源的最优配置。研究选取典型建筑工程案例进行实证分析,结果表明,所提方法能够在确保项目功能需求的前提下显著降低工程造价,同时提高项目的整体价值。创新点在于将价值工程与工程造价管理深度融合,构建了功能-成本动态平衡模型,并开发了适用于复杂工程环境的多维度价值评估体系。这一方法不仅为工程造价优化提供了新的思路,还有效弥补了传统方法在功能价值考量方面的不足,对推动工程管理领域的理论发展和实践应用具有重要意义。研究成果可广泛应用于各类工程项目,为决策者提供科学依据,助力实现经济效益与社会效益的双重提升。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy and the increasing complexity of the construction industry, engineering cost management has become a critical component in enhancing project economic benefits and resource utilization efficiency. However, traditional cost optimization methods often struggle to balance cost control with functional requirements, necessitating the introduction of more scientific and systematic analytical approaches. This study proposes an engineering cost optimization method based on value engineering theory, integrated with modern engineering management concepts. The method systematically identifies potential contradictions between function and cost through core steps such as functional analysis, value assessment, and scheme optimization, achieving optimal resource allocation via quantitative analysis. A typical construction project case was selected for empirical analysis, and the results demonstrate that the proposed method can significantly reduce engineering costs while ensuring project functional requirements, thereby enhancing overall project value. The innovation lies in the deep integration of value engineering with engineering cost management, constructing a dynamic equilibrium model of function-cost and developing a multi-dimensional value evaluation system suitable for complex engineering environments. This approach not only provides new insights into engineering cost optimization but also effectively addresses the shortcomings of traditional methods in evaluating functional value, contributing significantly to the theoretical development and practical application in the field of engineering management. The research findings can be widely applied to various engineering projects, offering decision-makers a scientific basis and facilitating the dual enhancement of economic and social benefits.
