摘 要
建筑工程全生命周期造价管理是现代工程管理领域的重要课题,其研究背景源于传统造价管理模式在项目全生命周期中的局限性,难以满足复杂多变的建筑市场需求。本研究旨在探索全生命周期造价管理的实践路径与创新方法,通过整合先进的信息技术和管理理念,提升建筑工程的成本控制效率与经济效益。研究采用文献分析、案例研究与实证分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了国内外相关理论与实践经验,并结合具体工程项目进行深入剖析。研究结果表明,基于BIM技术的全生命周期造价管理能够显著提高成本数据的准确性和透明度,同时优化资源配置与决策流程。此外,引入大数据分析与人工智能算法,可进一步增强造价预测的精确性与动态调整能力。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了融合数字化技术的全生命周期造价管理框架,强调全过程协同与智能化管理的重要性,为行业提供了可操作性强的实践指南。这一创新模式不仅有助于降低工程造价管理的风险,还为推动建筑行业的数字化转型提供了重要参考。

Abstract
Lifecycle cost management in construction projects is a critical topic in modern engineering management, arising from the limitations of traditional cost management approaches across the entire project lifecycle, which fail to meet the complex and evolving demands of the construction market. This study aims to explore practical pathways and innovative methods for lifecycle cost management by integrating advanced information technologies and management philosophies to enhance cost control efficiency and economic benefits in construction projects. A combination of literature analysis, case studies, and empirical analysis was employed to systematically review relevant theories and practices both domestically and internationally, while conducting an in-depth analysis of specific engineering projects. The findings indicate that lifecycle cost management based on BIM technology can significantly improve the accuracy and transparency of cost data, as well as optimize resource allocation and decision-making processes. Furthermore, the incorporation of big data analytics and artificial intelligence algorithms enhances the precision of cost forecasting and dynamic adjustment capabilities. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing a lifecycle cost management fr amework that integrates digital technologies, emphasizing the importance of full-process collaboration and intelligent management, thereby providing a highly operational practical guideline for the industry. This innovative model not only helps mitigate risks in construction cost management but also offers significant insights for promoting digital transformation in the construction sector.
