Abstract

 Engineering quality management is a critical component for ensuring the smooth implementation of engineering projects and the delivery of qualified products, with quality acceptance and quality evaluation serving as key elements that directly impact the overall quality and economic benefits of projects. This study, against the backdrop of existing issues such as non-uniform acceptance standards and insufficiently scientific evaluation methods in current engineering quality management practices, aims to construct a systematic and standardized system for quality acceptance and evaluation. To achieve this ob jective, the research integrates domestic and international theories and practices, employing methods such as literature analysis, case studies, and empirical investigations to explore the core elements of quality acceptance and evaluation and their interrelationships. The findings indicate that the introduction of a multi-dimensional evaluation index system and a data-driven quantitative analysis model can significantly enhance the scientific rigor and accuracy of quality acceptance and evaluation processes. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes an information technology-integrated quality management fr amework that not only enables dynamic monitoring throughout the entire process but also provides real-time feedback and support for decision-makers. The conclusion demonstrates that the application of this fr amework can effectively reduce quality risks and improve the comprehensive management level of engineering projects. The primary contribution of this study lies in addressing the gap in standardization of acceptance and evaluation within existing quality management systems while providing an operationally robust practical guideline for the industry. This research holds significant implications for advancing the modernization of engineering quality management.
