摘 要
随着全球气候变化和资源短缺问题日益严峻,建筑行业作为能源消耗和碳排放的主要来源之一,亟需通过绿色建筑的推广实现可持续发展目标。本研究以绿色建筑项目的全生命周期管理为切入点,旨在探索如何在规划、设计、施工、运营及拆除等阶段实现资源高效利用与环境影响最小化。研究采用系统动力学建模与多案例分析相结合的方法,选取国内外典型绿色建筑项目进行深入剖析,揭示各阶段关键管理要素及其相互作用机制。结果表明,全生命周期管理能够显著提升绿色建筑的综合效益,尤其是在早期规划阶段引入环境评估工具和成本优化模型,可有效平衡经济、社会与环境三重目标。此外,研究发现跨阶段协作机制的建立对克服信息孤岛现象至关重要,而数字化技术的应用则为实时监控与决策支持提供了新路径。本研究的创新点在于首次构建了基于动态反馈的全生命周期管理框架,并提出了适用于不同地区特点的实施策略。这一成果不仅为绿色建筑项目的实践提供了理论指导,也为相关政策制定者优化激励机制提供了参考依据,从而推动建筑行业的绿色转型与高质量发展。

Abstract
As global climate change and resource scarcity become increasingly severe, the construction industry, as one of the primary sources of energy consumption and carbon emissions, urgently needs to achieve sustainable development goals through the promotion of green buildings. This study focuses on the full lifecycle management of green building projects, aiming to explore how to achieve efficient resource utilization and minimize environmental impacts across planning, design, construction, operation, and demolition phases. By integrating system dynamics modeling with multi-case analysis, this research conducts an in-depth examination of typical green building projects both domestically and internationally, revealing the critical management factors in each phase and their interaction mechanisms. The results indicate that full lifecycle management can significantly enhance the overall benefits of green buildings; particularly, introducing environmental assessment tools and cost optimization models during the early planning stage effectively balances economic, social, and environmental ob jectives. Additionally, the study finds that establishing cross-phase collaboration mechanisms is crucial for overcoming information silos, while the application of digital technologies provides new pathways for real-time monitoring and decision support. The innovation of this study lies in the first-time construction of a dynamic feedback-based full lifecycle management fr amework and the proposal of implementation strategies tailored to regional characteristics. These outcomes not only provide theoretical guidance for the practice of green building projects but also offer reference for policymakers to optimize incentive mechanisms, thereby promoting the green transformation and high-quality development of the construction industry.
