摘 要
随着城市化进程的加快和居民对社区生活质量要求的提升,社区文化建设逐渐成为社会治理的重要组成部分,而物业作为社区管理的核心力量之一,在其中扮演着不可替代的角色本研究以社区物业参与社区文化建设为切入点,旨在探讨物业在这一过程中的实践路径及其优化策略通过文献分析、案例研究与问卷调查相结合的方法,选取具有代表性的社区进行深入调研,系统梳理了当前物业参与社区文化建设的主要模式,并对其成效与问题进行了全面评估研究发现,物业在社区文化建设中不仅能够提供基础服务保障,还能通过组织文化活动、搭建交流平台等方式增强居民的文化认同感和归属感然而,实践中也存在资源分配不均、文化活动形式单一以及居民参与度不足等问题针对上述问题,本文提出加强物业与政府、社会组织及居民的合作,构建多元主体协同机制,同时利用数字化技术提升文化服务的精准性和覆盖面此外,研究强调应建立科学的评价体系以衡量物业在社区文化建设中的贡献本研究的创新点在于首次将物业纳入社区文化建设的研究框架,并从实践层面提出了可操作性强的改进建议,为推动社区治理现代化提供了新的视角和理论支持研究成果对促进物业与社区文化的深度融合,提升居民生活品质具有重要的实践意义和参考价值

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand of residents for community quality of life, community cultural construction has gradually become an essential component of social governance. Property management, as one of the core forces in community management, plays an irreplaceable role in this process. This study focuses on the participation of property management in community cultural construction, aiming to explore its practical pathways and optimization strategies. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, this research selects representative communities for in-depth investigation, systematically reviewing the primary models through which property management participates in community cultural construction and comprehensively evaluating their effectiveness and challenges. The findings indicate that property management not only provides basic service guarantees but also enhances residents' cultural identity and sense of belonging through organizing cultural activities and establishing communication platforms. However, issues such as uneven resource distribution,单一 cultural activity formats, and insufficient resident participation remain prominent. In response, this paper proposes strengthening collaboration among property management, government, social organizations, and residents to establish a multi-stakeholder coordination mechanism. Meanwhile, leveraging digital technology is suggested to improve the accuracy and coverage of cultural services. Additionally, the study emphasizes the necessity of developing a scientific evaluation system to measure the contributions of property management in community cultural construction. The innovation of this research lies in its pioneering inclusion of property management within the fr amework of community cultural construction research, offering practical and actionable improvement suggestions from an operational perspective. These insights provide new theoretical support and perspectives for advancing the modernization of community governance. The research outcomes hold significant practical implications and reference value for promoting the deep integration of property management and community culture, thereby enhancing residents' quality of life.
