Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous upgrading of residents' demand for high-quality life, property management services are gradually moving towards intelligence and refinement. This study focuses on the intelligent applications in property management services, exploring their potential and practical pathways in enhancing service quality, optimizing resource allocation, and improving user experience. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, this research systematically reviews the current application status of intelligent technologies in property management and deeply analyzes their critical roles in data integration, process optimization, and decision support. The findings indicate that the application of intelligent technologies has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of property management, particularly achieving breakthrough progress in core areas such as smart security, energy consumption management, and facility maintenance. Moreover, it is found that intelligent approaches can effectively promote the personalization and customization of property services, better meeting the needs of different user groups. The innovation of this study lies in the first-time construction of an intelligent evaluation fr amework for property management and the proposal of a quality enhancement strategy model based on big data and artificial intelligence, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the industry. The conclusion shows that intelligent technology is not only a crucial driving force for the transformation and upgrading of property management but also a core tool for the continuous optimization of service quality. In the future, cross-domain collaboration and technological innovation should be further strengthened to promote property management towards intelligence and sustainability.
