Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demands of residents for living environments, property management services have become increasingly significant in modern community governance, with safety management and quality assurance emerging as critical issues. This study aims to explore the construction of safety management mechanisms in property management and their impact on service quality, while proposing optimization strategies to enhance overall service levels. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, multiple representative residential communities were selected as research subjects to systematically evaluate the current status of safety management and the effectiveness of quality assurance measures. The findings reveal that property management commonly faces challenges such as an incomplete safety management system, outdated technical means, and inconsistent personnel competence, all of which directly affect the stability of service quality and resident satisfaction. In response, this study innovatively proposes a safety management fr amework based on intelligent technologies and standardized processes, emphasizing the integration of technological empowerment and humanistic care. Additionally, a third-party evaluation mechanism is introduced to strengthen supervision. The application of this fr amework has significantly improved safety management efficiency and service quality, as evidenced by faster responses to emergencies, increased accuracy in identifying potential hazards, and higher resident satisfaction scores. The conclusions provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the standardized development of the property management industry, with the primary contribution being the proposal of an actionable optimization plan that lays the foundation for exploring future intelligent property management models.
