摘 要
幼儿情绪管理能力的培养是早期教育中的重要课题,其对儿童的社会适应能力和心理健康具有深远影响。本研究基于当前社会中幼儿情绪问题日益凸显的背景,旨在探索系统化、科学化的幼儿情绪管理能力培养策略。家庭与幼儿园协同合作的教育模式能够显著提升幼儿的情绪识别、表达和调节能力;同时,以游戏为载体的情境教学法在激发幼儿情绪管理意识方面表现出独特优势。本研究的创新点在于首次提出“情境—体验—反思”三位一体的情绪管理模式,并验证了其在幼儿教育实践中的有效性。教师和家长的情绪素养水平直接影响幼儿情绪管理能力的发展,因此建议将情绪教育纳入师资培训体系。总体而言,本研究不仅为幼儿情绪管理能力的培养提供了理论支持,也为家庭教育和学前教育的实际操作提供了具体指导方案,对促进幼儿全面发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
The cultivation of children's emotional management ability is an important subject in early education, which has a profound impact on children's social adaptability and mental health. Based on the background that children's emotional problems are increasingly prominent in the current society, this study aims to explore systematic and scientific strategies for cultivating children's emotional management ability. The cooperative education mode between family and kindergarten can significantly improve children's emotional recognition, ex pression and regulation ability; At the same time, the situational teaching method based on games shows unique advantages in stimulating children's emotional management consciousness. The innovation of this study is that it puts forward the three-in-one emotion management model of "situation-experience-reflection" for the first time, and verifies its effectiveness in early childhood education practice. The level of emotional literacy of teachers and parents directly affects the development of children's emotional management ability, so it is suggested that emotional education should be included in teacher training system. In general, this study not only provides theoretical support for the cultivation of children's emotional management ability, but also provides specific guidance for the practical operation of family education and preschool education, which is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive development of children.
