摘 要
幼儿时期是形成良好生活习惯的关键阶段,其对个体的身心健康及终身发展具有深远影响。本研究基于当前社会中部分幼儿存在生活习惯不良的问题,旨在探讨科学有效的养成教育策略,以促进幼儿形成健康的生活方式。家长的教育理念、家庭环境以及幼儿园的引导作用是影响幼儿生活习惯养成的核心要素。通过实施为期半年的干预计划,幼儿在饮食规律、个人卫生、时间管理等方面均表现出显著改善。本研究创新性地提出了“家园共育”模式,强调家庭与幼儿园的协同合作,为幼儿生活习惯的养成提供了理论支持与实践指导。这一研究成果不仅丰富了幼儿教育领域的理论框架,也为相关教育工作者和家长提供了可操作性强的实践参考,对推动幼儿全面发展具有重要意义。

Cultivation of Good Living Habits in Early Childhood Education

Abstract
Early childhood is the key stage to form good living habits, which has a profound impact on individual physical and mental health and lifelong development. Based on the poor living habits of some children in the current society, this study aims to explore scientific and effective education strategies to promote the formation of healthy lifestyles for children. Parents' education concept, family environment and the guiding role of kindergarten are the core factors that affect the development of children's living habits. Through the implementation of the six-month intervention program, the children showed significant improvement in dietary regularity, personal hygiene, time management and other aspects. This study innovatively put forward the "home co-parenting" model, emphasizing the cooperative cooperation between families and kindergartens, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the formation of children's living habits. This research results not only enrich the theoretical fr amework in the field of early childhood education, but also provide a practical reference for relevant educators and parents, which is of great significance to promote the all-round development of children.
