Abstract

  With the increasing attention of the society to children's health and education, food breeding as an important way to improve children's dietary literacy has been paid more and more attention. The purpose of this study is to explore the value of kindergarten food education curriculum and put forward practical implementation strategies. Food education courses can not only effectively improve children's eating habits, but also promote their cognitive ability and emotional development, and enhance the interaction between families and kindergartens. The innovation point lies in the construction of a food education curriculum fr amework with "experiential learning" as the core, emphasizing hands-on practice, situational simulation and interdisciplinary integration to stimulate children's learning interest. The research also puts forward the specific curriculum design suggestions for children of different ages, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of kindergarten feeding and breeding work. Systematic food education curriculum can significantly improve children's dietary health level and comprehensive literacy, and also provide a reference for the formulation and improvement of relevant policies. This research result is of great significance for promoting the establishment of the feeding and breeding system in the field of preschool education in China.
