摘 要
随着制造业自动化程度的不断提高,自动化装配系统在现代工业生产中的应用日益广泛,其可靠性直接影响产品质量和生产效率。为提高自动化装配系统的可靠性,本研究基于对现有自动化装配系统的深入分析,以某典型自动化装配系统为研究对象,针对其运行过程中出现的故障问题,综合运用故障模式与影响分析、可靠性分配等方法,对其可靠性进行评估。通过构建系统可靠性模型,确定了影响系统可靠性的关键因素,包括硬件故障、软件错误以及人机交互失误等,并深入剖析了各因素的作用机制。在此基础上,提出了一系列改进措施,如优化硬件设计以增强抗干扰能力、完善软件算法以减少逻辑错误、加强操作培训以降低人为失误概率。经仿真验证和实际应用测试表明,采取上述改进措施后,该自动化装配系统的平均无故障工作时间显著延长,故障率明显下降,整体可靠性得到大幅提升,为同类系统的可靠性提升提供了可借鉴的方法和思路,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

Abstract
As the degree of automation in manufacturing continues to increase, automated assembly systems are becoming increasingly prevalent in modern industrial production, with their reliability directly impacting product quality and production efficiency. To enhance the reliability of automated assembly systems, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of existing systems, focusing on a typical automated assembly system as the research subject. By addressing fault issues encountered during its operation, this research employs methods such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and reliability allocation to evaluate the system's reliability. A system reliability model is constructed to identify key factors influencing reliability, including hardware failures, software errors, and human-machine interaction mistakes, while thoroughly analyzing the mechanisms by which these factors operate. Based on this analysis, a series of improvement measures are proposed, such as optimizing hardware design to enhance interference resistance, refining software algorithms to minimize logical errors, and intensifying operator training to reduce the probability of human error. Simulation validation and practical application tests demonstrate that implementing these improvements significantly extends the mean time between failures and markedly reduces the failure rate, thereby substantially improving overall system reliability. This study provides valuable methods and insights for enhancing the reliability of similar systems, offering significant theoretical implications and practical value.
