摘 要
随着3C产品市场需求的快速增长与产品更新换代速度的加快,传统装配方式已难以满足高效、精密的制造要求,自动化装配技术成为提升3C产品制造水平的关键。本研究旨在探讨自动化装配技术在3C产品制造中的应用现状,通过文献调研、案例分析以及对多家典型3C制造企业的实地考察等方法,深入剖析当前自动化装配技术的应用特点、面临的问题及发展趋势。研究表明,目前自动化装配技术在3C产品制造中已取得显著成果,如提高了生产效率、装配精度,降低了人力成本和不良品率,在手机、电脑等产品的生产线上实现了多工序的自动化作业,且柔性化、智能化程度不断提高,但同时也存在设备投资大、技术集成难度高等问题。本研究创新性地总结了不同类型3C产品适用的自动化装配解决方案,并提出了促进自动化装配技术更好应用于3C产品制造的建议,为相关企业技术升级提供了参考依据,推动3C产品制造向更高质量、更高效率方向发展。

Abstract
With the rapid growth of market demand for 3C products and the accelerated pace of product updates, traditional assembly methods have become inadequate to meet the requirements of efficient and precise manufacturing. Automation assembly technology has emerged as a critical factor in enhancing the manufacturing standards of 3C products. This study aims to investigate the current application status of automation assembly technology in 3C product manufacturing through literature reviews, case studies, and on-site investigations of multiple typical 3C manufacturing enterprises. The research reveals that automation assembly technology has achieved significant outcomes in 3C product manufacturing, such as improving production efficiency and assembly accuracy, reducing labor costs and defect rates, and enabling multi-process automation in production lines for products like mobile phones and computers. Moreover, the flexibility and intelligence of these technologies are continuously advancing. However, challenges remain, including high equipment investment and technical integration difficulties. Innovatively, this study summarizes suitable automation assembly solutions for different types of 3C products and proposes recommendations to facilitate better application of automation assembly technology in 3C product manufacturing. These findings provide reference guidelines for enterprise technological upgrades and promote the development of 3C product manufacturing towards higher quality and efficiency.
