  随着制造业向智能化、柔性化方向发展,传统装配方式难以满足多品种、小批量生产需求。本文聚焦自动化装配技术在柔性制造系统中的应用与优化,旨在通过引入先进的自动化装配理念和技术手段,提升柔性制造系统的适应性和生产效率。研究基于对国内外相关文献的综述分析,结合实际案例考察了自动化装配技术在不同应用场景下的表现特征,采用仿真建模与实证分析相结合的方法,深入探讨了影响自动化装配性能的关键因素。研究发现,通过集成视觉识别、机器人协作等先进技术,可以显著提高装配精度和速度;构建模块化装配单元能够增强系统的灵活性和可重构性;开发智能调度算法有效解决了多任务并行处理难题。本研究创新性地提出了基于数字孪生的装配过程监控与优化方案,实现了装配过程的实时监测与动态调整,为柔性制造系统的高效运行提供了理论依据和技术支持,对于推动我国制造业转型升级具有重要现实意义。

Abstract

  With the evolution of manufacturing towards intelligence and flexibility, traditional assembly methods struggle to meet the demands of multi-variety and small-batch production. This paper focuses on the application and optimization of automated assembly technologies within flexible manufacturing systems, aiming to enhance adaptability and production efficiency through the introduction of advanced automated assembly concepts and techniques. Based on a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant literature both domestically and internationally, combined with case studies, this research examines the performance characteristics of automated assembly technologies across various application scenarios. By integrating simulation modeling and empirical analysis, it delves into the critical factors influencing the performance of automated assembly. The findings reveal that incorporating advanced technologies such as vision recognition and robotic collaboration can significantly improve assembly accuracy and speed; constructing modular assembly units enhances system flexibility and reconfigurability; and developing intelligent scheduling algorithms effectively addresses challenges in parallel task processing. Innovatively, this study proposes a digital twin-based monitoring and optimization scheme for the assembly process, achieving real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment. This provides theoretical foundations and technical support for the efficient operation of flexible manufacturing systems, offering significant practical implications for promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
