摘 要
随着城市化进程的加速和人口流动性的增强，社区结构日益复杂化，传统邻里关系逐渐淡化，社区凝聚力面临诸多挑战，社会工作作为专业的助人活动，在提升社区凝聚力方面具有不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在提升社区凝聚力中的角色，通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果，构建理论框架；运用问卷调查法对某市10个不同类型社区进行抽样调查，共收集有效问卷1200份，同时采用访谈法深入了解社区居民需求、社会工作者的工作模式与成效等。研究发现，社会工作能够整合社区资源，促进居民参与社区事务，建立良好的沟通机制，满足居民多样化需求，其中创新性地提出以“居民需求为导向”的服务理念，强调从个体到群体的递进式介入模式，不仅关注弱势群体帮扶，更注重全体居民共同成长与发展。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the enhancement of population mobility, the community structure is becoming increasingly complex, the traditional neighborhood relations are gradually fading, and the community cohesion is facing many challenges. Social work, as a professional helping activity, plays an irreplaceable role in improving the community cohesion. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of social work in enhancing community cohesion, analyze relevant research results at home and abroad through literature analysis, and construct a theoretical fr amework; the questionnaire survey was conducted on 10 different types of communities in a city, and 1200 valid questionnaires were collected, and the interview method was used to understand the needs of community residents, the working mode and effectiveness of social workers. Research found that social work can integrate community resources, promote residents to participate in community affairs, establish a good communication mechanism, meet the demand of diversification, including innovative put forward "residents demand oriented" service concept, emphasize the progressive intervention mode from individual to group, not only focus on vulnerable groups support, pay more attention to all the residents common growth and development.
