  随着制造业向绿色可持续发展转型,自动化装配技术作为提高生产效率和资源利用率的关键手段,在绿色制造领域展现出巨大潜力。本文旨在探讨自动化装配在绿色制造中的应用现状、面临挑战及未来发展方向,通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了自动化装配技术在节能减排、资源循环利用等方面的应用实例。研究发现,自动化装配能够显著降低能源消耗和废弃物排放,提高产品质量稳定性,但同时也面临着设备投资成本高、技术兼容性差以及对工人技能要求高等问题。本文创新性地提出了基于全生命周期管理的绿色装配解决方案,强调将环境影响评估融入产品设计阶段,并通过智能化监控系统实现生产过程的精细化管理。该方案不仅有助于提升企业经济效益,更能在源头上减少环境污染,为推动制造业绿色转型提供了理论依据和技术支持,为构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会贡献了重要力量。

Abstract

  As manufacturing transitions towards green and sustainable development, automated assembly technology emerges as a critical approach to enhancing production efficiency and resource utilization, demonstrating significant potential in the realm of green manufacturing. This paper aims to examine the current application status, challenges, and future development directions of automated assembly in green manufacturing by integrating literature review with case analysis, systematically summarizing application instances of automated assembly technology in energy conservation, emission reduction, and resource recycling. The study reveals that automated assembly can substantially decrease energy consumption and waste emissions while improving product quality stability; however, it also faces issues such as high equipment investment costs, poor technical compatibility, and high demands on worker skills. Innovatively, this paper proposes a green assembly solution based on full lifecycle management, emphasizing the integration of environmental impact assessment into the product design phase and achieving refined production process management through intelligent monitoring systems. This solution not only contributes to enhancing corporate economic benefits but also reduces environmental pollution at its source, providing theoretical basis and technical support for promoting the green transformation of manufacturing, and contributing significantly to building a resource-efficient and environmentally friendly society.
