摘    要

  随着经济全球化和市场竞争加剧,企业面临着诸多挑战,员工心理契约作为影响员工工作态度与行为的重要因素,逐渐成为企业管理研究的热点。本研究旨在探讨基于员工心理契约的激励策略,以提升员工的工作积极性与忠诚度。运用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析,结果显示,员工心理契约分为交易型和关系型两种维度,且二者均与员工的工作满意度、组织承诺存在显著正相关关系。进一步研究表明,针对不同类型心理契约的员工,采用差异化的激励策略能够显著提高激励效果。例如,对于交易型心理契约员工,物质激励更为有效;而对于关系型心理契约员工,则更注重精神激励与职业发展支持。本研究创新性地构建了基于员工心理契约类型的激励策略模型,为企业制定精准化的人力资源管理政策提供了理论依据,有助于企业在复杂多变的市场环境中保持竞争优势,实现可持续发展。

Abstract 
  With the intensification of economic globalization and market competition, enterprises are faced with many challenges. Employee psychological contract, as an important factor affecting employees' working attitude and behavior, has gradually become a hot topic in enterprise management research. This study aims to explore incentive strategies based on employee psychological contract to enhance work motivation and loyalty. SPSS software was used to analyze the data by statistics, and the results showed that the employee psychological contract was divided into two dimensions: transactional and relational, and both of them have a significant positive relationship with employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Further research shows that differentiated incentive strategies for employees with different types of psychological contracts. For example, material motivation is more effective, and more attention is paid to spiritual motivation and career development support. This research innovatively constructs an incentive strategy model based on the type of employee psychological contract, which provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate precise human resource management policies, and helps enterprises to maintain competitive advantages in the complex and changeable market environment and realize sustainable development.
