摘 要
随着工业4.0的推进,自动化装配技术正经历深刻变革。本文旨在探讨自动化装配在工业4.0环境下的发展趋势,通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前自动化装配技术的发展现状、面临挑战及未来方向。研究发现,工业4.0背景下自动化装配呈现出智能化、柔性化、网络化和集成化的特点,智能传感器、物联网、大数据分析等新兴技术的应用显著提升了装配系统的自适应能力与生产效率。通过对多家制造企业的实地调研,揭示了企业在实施自动化升级过程中存在的共性问题,如设备兼容性、数据互通性以及人才短缺等,并提出了针对性解决方案。研究表明,基于数字孪生的虚拟仿真技术能够有效优化装配流程设计,降低试错成本;而人机协作模式则为解决复杂装配任务提供了新思路。本研究创新性地构建了涵盖技术、管理、人才三个维度的综合评价体系,为制造业企业制定自动化转型战略提供了理论依据与实践指导,对推动我国制造业向智能制造转型升级具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
With the advancement of Industry 4.0, automated assembly technology is undergoing profound transformation. This paper aims to explore the development trends of automated assembly in the context of Industry 4.0 by employing a combined method of literature review and case analysis, systematically examining the current status, challenges, and future directions of automated assembly technology. The study reveals that under the backdrop of Industry 4.0, automated assembly exhibits characteristics of intelligence, flexibility, networking, and integration. The application of emerging technologies such as smart sensors, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data analytics has significantly enhanced the adaptive capability and production efficiency of assembly systems. Through field research at multiple manufacturing enterprises, common issues encountered during the implementation of automation upgrades have been identified, including equipment compatibility, data interoperability, and talent shortages, along with targeted solutions proposed. The research indicates that digital twin-based virtual simulation technology can effectively optimize assembly process design and reduce trial-and-error costs, while human-robot collaboration offers new approaches to addressing complex assembly tasks. Innovatively, this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation system encompassing three dimensions: technology, management, and talent, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for manufacturing enterprises in formulating automation transformation strategies.
