社区资源在幼儿园教育中的开发利用 -学前教育专业

摘要

随着社会对早期教育质量要求的不断提高，如何有效利用社区资源以丰富幼儿园教育内容成为研究的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨社区资源在幼儿园教育中的开发利用路径及其对幼儿发展的积极影响。社区资源的合理开发能够显著拓展幼儿的学习空间，增强其社会适应能力和实践能力，同时促进家园共育模式的深化发展。本研究创新性地提出了“社区资源整合框架”，该框架强调以幼儿为中心，结合地域特色和教育需求，构建动态开放的教育资源网络。此外，研究还揭示了教师专业素养提升与社区资源利用效率之间的正相关关系，并为幼儿园管理者提供了具体的操作建议。总体而言，本研究不仅为幼儿园教育改革提供了理论支持，也为实现教育资源的社会化共享贡献了实践方案。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the quality of early education, how to effectively use community resources to enrich the content of kindergarten education has become an important topic of research. The purpose of this study is to explore the development and utilization path of community resources in kindergarten education and its positive impact on children's development. Reasonable development of community resources can significantly expand children's learning space, enhance their social adaptability and practical ability, and promote the deepening development of home co-parenting mode. This research innovatively puts forward the "community resource integration fr amework", which emphasizes the construction of dynamic and open education resource network with children as the center, combined with regional characteristics and educational needs. In addition, the study also revealed the positive correlation between the improvement of teacher professionalism and the efficiency of community resource utilization, and provided specific operational suggestions for kindergarten managers. In general, this study not only provides theoretical support for kindergarten education reform, but also contributes to the realization of social sharing of educational resources.
