摘 要
随着社会结构变迁和家庭模式多样化,隔代教养现象日益普遍,其对学前教育阶段家园沟通提出了新的挑战。本研究旨在探讨隔代教养背景下学前家园沟通的有效方式,以促进教育合力的形成和儿童全面发展。隔代教养家庭在沟通中存在信息传递不畅、教育理念差异以及技术使用障碍等问题,而有效的沟通方式需兼顾情感联结与技术支持。研究表明,建立多层次沟通机制、利用数字化平台以及开展针对性培训是改善沟通效果的关键策略。本研究的创新点在于首次系统地分析了隔代教养家庭的特殊需求,并提出“情感—技术双轨模式”作为优化家园沟通的理论框架。这一框架不仅为实践提供了具体指导,也为相关领域的理论发展做出了贡献。

Effective Communication Strategies between Preschools and Families in the Context of Grandparent Care

Abstract
With the change of social structure and the diversification of family patterns, the phenomenon of intergenerational education is becoming more and more common, which poses new challenges to the communication between families in the preschool education stage. The purpose of this study is to explore the effective ways of pre-school home communication under the background of intergenerational parenting, so as to promote the formation of educational synergy and the all-round development of children. There are some problems in the communication of intergenerational parenting families, such as poor information transmission, differences in educational concepts and obstacles in the use of technology. Research shows that establishing multi-level communication mechanisms, using digital platforms and conducting targeted training are key strategies to improve communication effectiveness. The innovation of this study lies in the systematic analysis of the special needs of intergenerational parenting families for the first time, and the "emotion-technology dual track model" is proposed as a theoretical fr amework for optimizing home communication. This fr amework not only provides specific guidance for practice, but also contributes to theoretical development in related fields.
