摘  要

  感统训练作为学前教育领域的重要干预手段,近年来受到广泛关注。本研究基于儿童神经发育与行为心理学的理论基础,探讨了感统训练在促进幼儿身心协调发展中的科学应用。研究运用标准化量表(如感觉统合能力发展评定量表)及教师观察记录进行数据收集,并通过独立样本t检验和重复测量方差分析对结果进行统计处理。结果显示,实验组幼儿在注意力集中、动作协调性、情绪调节等方面显著优于对照组,表明感统训练能够有效改善幼儿的感觉统合能力。此外,研究发现个性化训练方案较统一模式更具针对性和有效性,这是本研究的重要创新点之一。感统训练应融入学前教育体系,并结合幼儿个体差异制定科学合理的训练计划,从而实现最佳干预效果。本研究为学前教育领域的感统训练提供了实证支持,同时为相关政策制定和教学实践优化提供了参考价值。

Scientific Application of Sensory Integration Training in Early Childhood Education

Abstract

  Sensory integration training, as an important intervention in the field of preschool education, has been widely concerned in recent years. Based on the theory of children's neurodevelopmental and behavioral psychology, this study discusses the scientific application of sensory integration training in promoting the coordinated development of children's body and mind. Standardized scales (such as Sensory Integration Development Scale) and teachers' observation records were used to collect data, and the results were statistically processed by independent sample T-test and repeated measurement ANOVA. The results showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the aspects of attention, movement coordination and emotional regulation, indicating that sensory integration training can effectively improve children's sensory integration ability. In addition, it is found that the personalized training scheme is more targeted and effective than the unified mode, which is one of the important innovation points of this study. Sensory integration training should be integrated into the preschool education system, and scientific and reasonable training plans should be formulated according to the individual differences of children, so as to achieve the best intervention effect. This study provides empirical support for sensory integration training in the field of preschool education, and provides reference value for relevant policy formulation and teaching practice optimization.
