摘 要
杨树作为重要的速生造林树种,在寒冷地区种植时常因抗寒性不足导致生长受阻甚至死亡,因此筛选可靠的抗寒性生理指标并构建评价体系具有重要意义。本研究以不同抗寒性的杨树品种为材料,通过低温胁迫试验,系统分析了与抗寒性相关的多种生理生化指标,包括膜透性、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸积累及抗氧化酶活性等。基于主成分分析和相关性分析,筛选出可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量三个关键指标,并据此构建了杨树抗寒性综合评价体系。结果表明,这三个指标能够有效区分不同杨树品种的抗寒能力,且评价体系具有较高的准确性和实用性。本研究创新性地将多指标综合评价方法应用于杨树抗寒性研究,为寒冷地区杨树品种选育提供了科学依据和技术支持,同时为其他木本植物抗寒性研究提供了参考范式。关键词:杨树抗寒性; 可溶性糖含量; 超氧化物歧化酶活性; 丙二醛含量; 综合评价体系
Abstract
Poplar, as an important fast-growing afforestation tree species, often suffers from growth inhibition or even death due to insufficient cold resistance in cold regions. Therefore, screening reliable physiological indicators of cold resistance and constructing an evaluation system are of great significance. In this study, different poplar varieties with varying degrees of cold resistance were used as materials, and multiple physiological and biochemical indicators related to cold resistance were systematically analyzed through low-temperature stress experiments, including membrane permeability, soluble sugar content, proline accumulation, and antioxidant enzyme activity. Based on principal component analysis and correlation analysis, three key indicators were identified: soluble sugar content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. A comprehensive evaluation system for the cold resistance of poplar was then constructed based on these indicators. The results showed that these three indicators could effectively distinguish the cold resistance capabilities of different poplar varieties, with the evaluation system demonstrating high accuracy and practicality. This study innovatively applied a multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method to the study of poplar cold resistance, providing scientific evidence and technical support for the breeding of poplar varieties suitable for cold regions, while also offering a reference paradigm for the study of cold resistance in other woody plants.Key words:Poplar Cold Resistance; Soluble Sugar Content; Superoxide Dismutase Activity; Malondialdehyde Content; Comprehensive Evaluation System
