摘 要
随着食品安全问题日益受到关注,智能标签技术作为一种新兴手段,在食品包装和追溯体系中展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在探讨智能标签技术在食品安全追溯中的应用效果及其优化路径,通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统评估了射频识别(RFID)、时间-温度指示器(TTI)以及二维码等技术的实际表现。研究表明,智能标签能够实时监测食品在供应链各环节的状态信息,显著提升数据透明度与可追溯性,从而有效降低安全风险。此外,本研究创新性地提出了一种多技术融合的智能标签解决方案,以弥补单一技术的局限性,为实际应用提供了新思路。研究结果表明,智能标签技术的应用不仅提高了食品安全管理水平,还为消费者提供了更可靠的决策依据,其经济与社会效益值得进一步推广。这一成果为完善食品追溯体系、推动行业技术升级提供了重要参考。

Abstract
As food safety issues have garnered increasing attention, smart label technology has emerged as a promising approach in food packaging and traceability systems. This study investigates the application effects and optimization pathways of smart label technology in food safety traceability by integrating literature analysis with case studies to systematically evaluate the practical performance of technologies such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Time-Temperature Indicators (TTI), and QR codes. The findings indicate that smart labels can monitor the status information of food in real-time across various stages of the supply chain, substantially enhancing data transparency and traceability while effectively reducing safety risks. Furthermore, this research innovatively proposes a multi-technology integrated smart label solution to address the limitations of single technologies, offering new insights for practical applications. The results demonstrate that the adoption of smart label technology not only improves food safety management but also provides consumers with more reliable decision-making references, highlighting its economic and social benefits worthy of further promotion. This achievement serves as a critical reference for refining food traceability systems and promoting technological upgrades within the industry.
