小学数学分层教学策略的实践与效果分析
摘 要：本研究以小学数学教学为切入点，探讨分层教学在实际课堂中的应用及其效果，旨在通过科学合理的教学设计满足不同层次学生的认知需求，从而提高整体学习效率。研究采用行动研究法与问卷调查法相结合的方式，选取某市三所小学共计300名学生作为研究对象，通过为期一学年的实践探索，系统分析分层教学在目标设定、内容安排、评价方式等方面的实施路径。研究结果表明，分层教学能够显著提升学生的学习兴趣和参与度，同时有效缩小班级内学生间的学习差距，使不同层次的学生均能在原有基础上获得进步。此外，教师在实施过程中逐渐形成更为灵活的教学方法和评价体系，进一步优化了课堂教学结构。

Practical Implementation and Effectiveness Analysis of Stratified Teaching Strategies in Elementary Mathematics
Abstract: This study takes primary school mathematics teaching as the starting point to explore the application and effect of stratified teaching in practical classroom, aiming to meet the cognitive needs of students at different levels through scientific and reasonable teaching design, so as to improve the overall learning efficiency. The research adopted the combination of action research method and questionnaire survey method, and selected 300 students from three primary schools in a city as the research ob jects. Through the one-year practice and exploration, the implementation path of stratified teaching in goal setting, content arrangement and evaluation method was systematically analyzed. The results show that stratified teaching can significantly improve students' interest and participation in learning, and effectively narrow the learning gap between students in the class, so that students at different levels can make progress on the original basis. In addition, teachers gradually form a more flexible teaching method and evaluation system in the implementation process, which further optimizes the classroom teaching structure.
