禽流感的传播途径与防控措施研究
摘 要
禽流感是一种由A型流感病毒引发的高致病性传染病，其传播途径复杂且对人类健康和家禽养殖业构成严重威胁。本研究旨在系统分析禽流感的主要传播途径，并提出科学有效的防控措施。通过文献综述、流行病学调查及实验室检测相结合的方法，研究发现禽流感病毒主要通过直接接触感染禽类、污染的环境媒介以及候鸟迁徙等途径传播。此外，活禽市场和非法贸易活动显著增加了病毒跨区域传播的风险。研究创新性地构建了基于风险评估的分级防控模型，为不同传播场景提供了针对性干预策略。结果表明，强化源头管控、优化活禽市场管理以及加强公众卫生教育是降低传播风险的关键措施。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了多途径传播的动态特征，并提出了兼具可行性和前瞻性的防控体系，为全球禽流感防控政策的制定提供了重要参考依据。

TRANSMISSION ROUTES AND PREVENTION MEASURES OF AVIAN INFLUENZA: A STUDY
ABSTRACT
Avian influenza is a highly pathogenic infectious disease caused by Type A influenza virus, with complex transmission routes that pose a serious threat to human health and the poultry farming industry. This study aims to systematically analyze the primary transmission pathways of avian influenza and propose scientifically effective prevention and control measures. By integrating literature reviews, epidemiological investigations, and laboratory testing, it was found that avian influenza viruses are mainly transmitted through direct contact with infected poultry, contaminated environmental media, and migratory birds. Additionally, live poultry markets and illegal trading activities significantly increase the risk of cross-regional viral spread. Innovatively, this study constructed a tiered prevention and control model based on risk assessment, providing targeted intervention strategies for different transmission scenarios. The results indicate that strengthening source control, optimizing the management of live poultry markets, and enhancing public health education are key measures to reduce transmission risks. The main contribution of this study lies in clarifying the dynamic characteristics of multi-route transmission and proposing a prevention and control system that combines feasibility and foresight, offering important reference for the formulation of global avian influenza prevention policies.
