犬心丝虫病的流行病学及预防控制
摘 要
犬心丝虫病是一种由寄生虫引起的严重疾病,对全球犬类健康构成重大威胁。本研究旨在全面分析犬心丝虫病的流行病学特征,并提出有效的预防控制策略。通过系统收集和分析2015年至2023年间国内外相关数据,结合地理信息系统(GIS)技术,揭示了该病的时空分布规律及其与气候、环境因素的关联性。研究发现,温暖湿润地区是高发区域,且气候变化显著影响其传播动态。此外,本研究首次引入基于分子生物学的快速检测方法,显著提高了诊断的灵敏度和特异性。在防控方面,提出了以疫苗接种为核心,辅以驱虫药物和环境管理的综合防控体系,并通过模型预测验证了其可行性与有效性。研究表明,加强监测预警、优化防控措施以及提升公众意识是降低犬心丝虫病发病率的关键,为全球范围内该病的防控提供了科学依据和技术支持。

EPIDEMIOLOGY AND PREVENTION OF CANINE HEARTWORM DISEASE
ABSTRACT
Canine heartworm disease, a severe condition caused by parasitic worms, poses a significant threat to the global health of dogs. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the epidemiological characteristics of canine heartworm disease and propose effective prevention and control strategies. By systematically collecting and analyzing relevant data from 2015 to 2023 both domestically and internationally, in conjunction with geographic information system (GIS) technology, the spatiotemporal distribution patterns of the disease and its associations with climatic and environmental factors were revealed. The findings indicate that warm and humid regions are high-incidence areas, and climate change significantly influences the transmission dynamics of the disease. Additionally, this study introduces a rapid detection method based on molecular biology for the first time, markedly enhancing the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis. In terms of prevention and control, an integrated strategy centered on vaccination, supplemented by anthelmintic drugs and environmental management, was proposed, and its feasibility and effectiveness were validated through model predictions. The study demonstrates that strengthening surveillance and early warning systems, optimizing control measures, and increasing public awareness are critical to reducing the incidence of canine heartworm disease, providing scientific evidence and technical support for global efforts in combating the disease.
