奶牛乳腺炎的病原菌分离鉴定及药敏试验
摘 要
奶牛乳腺炎是影响奶牛养殖业的重要疾病之一,其病原菌种类多样且耐药性日益严重,因此明确病原菌谱并评估药物敏感性具有重要意义。本研究以某地区规模化奶牛场的临床乳腺炎病例为对象,通过细菌分离培养、生化鉴定及分子生物学技术,对病原菌种类进行系统分析,并采用琼脂扩散法开展药敏试验。结果表明,共分离出126株病原菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌占比最高,其次为大肠杆菌和无乳链球菌;不同菌种对常用抗生素表现出显著差异化的耐药模式,部分菌株已对多种药物产生耐药性。本研究首次揭示了该地区乳腺炎病原菌的分布特征及其耐药谱,为临床精准用药提供了科学依据,同时强调了加强抗生素管理的重要性,对降低乳腺炎发病率和提高奶牛养殖效益具有重要指导意义。

ISOLATION, IDENTIFICATION OF PATHOGENIC BACTERIA FROM BOVINE MASTITIS AND ANTIMICROBIAL SUSCEPTIBILITY TESTING
ABSTRACT
Bovine mastitis is one of the key diseases affecting the dairy cattle farming industry, characterized by a diverse range of pathogens with increasingly severe antibiotic resistance; thus, identifying the pathogen spectrum and evaluating drug susceptibility are of great significance. This study focused on clinical mastitis cases from a large-scale dairy farm in a specific region, systematically analyzing the types of pathogens through bacterial isolation and culture, biochemical identification, and molecular biological techniques, while conducting antimicrobial susceptibility tests using the agar diffusion method. The results showed that a total of 126 pathogenic strains were isolated, with Staphylococcus aureus being the most prevalent, followed by Escherichia coli and Streptococcus agalactiae; significant differences in resistance patterns to commonly used antibiotics were observed among different species, and some strains exhibited multidrug resistance. This study was the first to reveal the distribution characteristics and resistance profiles of mastitis pathogens in this region, providing a scientific basis for precise clinical medication and emphasizing the importance of strengthening antibiotic management, offering important guidance for reducing the incidence of mastitis and improving the efficiency of dairy cattle farming.
