面向智能制造的机械电子系统集成技术研究

  随着制造业向智能化转型,机械电子系统集成技术成为实现智能制造的关键。本文聚焦于面向智能制造的机械电子系统集成技术研究,旨在构建一个高效、智能且柔性的集成系统,以满足现代制造对高精度、高效率和个性化生产的需求。通过对现有机械电子系统集成技术的深入剖析,结合智能制造的特点与要求,提出了一种基于模块化设计思想的新型集成框架,该框架能够灵活配置不同功能模块,适应多变的生产任务。采用虚拟仿真技术对集成系统的性能进行预测与优化,在此基础上开发了具有自感知、自决策能力的控制系统,实现了设备间的信息交互与协同工作。实验结果表明,所提出的集成技术方案可显著提高生产效率,降低故障率,增强系统的鲁棒性。本研究创新性地将模块化设计理念与智能制造需求深度融合,为机械电子系统集成提供了新的思路与方法,对推动我国制造业转型升级具有重要意义。

Abstract

  With the transformation of manufacturing towards intelligence, mechatronic system integration technology has become crucial for achieving smart manufacturing. This paper focuses on the research of mechatronic system integration technology oriented towards smart manufacturing, aiming to construct an efficient, intelligent, and flexible integrated system to meet the modern manufacturing demands for high precision, high efficiency, and customized production. By conducting an in-depth analysis of existing mechatronic system integration technologies and combining the characteristics and requirements of smart manufacturing, a novel integration fr amework based on modular design philosophy is proposed. This fr amework can flexibly configure different functional modules to adapt to varying production tasks. Virtual simulation technology is employed to predict and optimize the performance of the integrated system, upon which a control system with self-perception and self-decision-making capabilities is developed, enabling information interaction and collaborative work among equipment. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed integration technology solution can significantly improve production efficiency, reduce failure rates, and enhance system robustness. This study innovatively integrates modular design concepts with the needs of smart manufacturing, providing new ideas and methods for mechatronic system integration, which is of great significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
