摘 要
口腔癌严重影响患者生理功能和心理健康，降低其生活质量。本研究旨在系统评估口腔癌患者的生活质量并分析影响因素，为临床干预提供依据。采用横断面调查方法，选取某三甲医院2019 - 2021年收治的315例口腔癌患者作为研究对象，利用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量测定量表核心量表（EORTC QLQ - C30）及头颈部肿瘤模块（QLQ - H±18.5）分，低于正常人群水平，不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、分期、治疗方式患者生活质量得分存在差异，其中女性、高龄、低文化程度、已婚、晚期、综合治疗患者生活质量较低。进一步多元线性回归分析发现，疼痛、吞咽困难、张口受限、经济状况是影响口腔癌患者生活质量的主要因素。本研究创新性地将EORTC QLQ - C30与QLQ - H

Abstract
Oral cancer significantly impairs patients' physiological functions and mental health, thereby reducing their quality of life. This study aims to systematically evaluate the quality of life of oral cancer patients and analyze influencing factors to provide evidence for clinical interventions. A cross-sectional survey method was employed, selecting 315 oral cancer patients treated at a tertiary hospital from 2019 to 2021 as subjects. The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core Scale (EORTC QLQ-C30) and the Head and Neck Cancer Module (QLQ-H) were used for the questionnaire survey, while general information, disease characteristics, and treatment methods were also collected. Results indicated that the overall quality of life score for oral cancer patients was 46.7 ± 18.5, lower than the normal population level. Differences in quality of life scores were observed among patients of different genders, ages, education levels, marital statuses, stages, and treatment methods, with lower scores found in females, elderly patients, those with lower education levels, married individuals, advanced-stage patients, and those undergoing combined treatments. Further multiple linear regression analysis revealed that pain, dysphagia, trismus, and economic status were the primary factors affecting the quality of life of oral cancer patients. This study innovatively applied both the EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-H in assessing the quality of life of oral cancer patients, comprehensively reflecting their physical, psychological, and social relationship conditions, providing theoretical support for personalized care plans, and contributing to the improvement of the quality of life for oral cancer patients.
