摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据时代已然来临,在为社会各领域带来前所未有的机遇的同时,数据隐私保护问题也日益凸显。本研究旨在深入探讨大数据时代的数据隐私保护问题,以期构建更加完善的数据隐私保护体系。研究基于对国内外相关法律法规、技术手段以及伦理道德等多方面资料的收集与分析,结合案例研究法,剖析了当前数据隐私面临的威胁来源,如数据过度采集、数据泄露风险增加等,并且针对这些问题,从技术创新角度提出了一系列解决方案,包括差分隐私算法的应用、联邦学习框架下隐私保护机制的构建等。结果表明,这些创新方法能够在一定程度上有效缓解数据隐私保护的压力,提高数据安全性。本研究的主要贡献在于将多种学科知识融合起来解决数据隐私保护问题,不仅强调了法律规范和技术保障的重要性,还关注到公众意识觉醒对于数据隐私保护的积极推动作用,为后续研究提供了新的思路和方向。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the era of big data has arrived, bringing unprecedented opportunities to various fields of society while also highlighting the issue of data privacy protection. This study aims to explore data privacy protection in the age of big data in order to construct a more comprehensive data privacy protection system. Based on the collection and analysis of relevant legal regulations, technical means, and ethical considerations both domestically and internationally, combined with case study methodology, this research analyzes current threats to data privacy such as excessive data collection and increased risk of data breaches. Furthermore, it proposes a series of solutions from the perspective of technological innovation, including the application of differential privacy algorithms and the construction of privacy protection mechanisms under federated learning fr ameworks. The results indicate that these innovative methods can effectively alleviate the pressure on data privacy protection to some extent and enhance data security. The main contribution of this study lies in integrating knowledge from multiple disciplines to address data privacy protection issues, not only emphasizing the importance of legal norms and technical safeguards but also recognizing the positive driving role of public awareness awakening in data privacy protection, providing new ideas and directions for future research.
