摘 要
随着全球化进程加速和知识经济的兴起，知识产权保护在创新管理中的重要性日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨当前我国企业在创新过程中面临的知识产权保护问题，并提出切实可行的对策建议。通过对120家高新技术企业的问卷调查与深度访谈，结合案例分析法，系统梳理了企业在技术研发、产品推广及市场拓展等环节中遇到的知识产权侵权风险点。研究发现，企业普遍存在知识产权意识薄弱、管理制度不健全、专业人才匮乏等问题，导致创新能力难以有效转化为经济效益。针对上述问题，本文从完善内部管理体系、加强人才培养、优化外部政策环境三个方面提出了具体措施。特别强调构建以预防为主的风险防控机制，以及建立跨部门协作平台的重要性。本研究不仅为相关企业提供实践指导，也为政府制定更加科学合理的知识产权保护政策提供了理论依据，对促进我国创新驱动发展战略具有重要意义。通过实证研究揭示了知识产权保护与企业创新绩效之间的内在联系，丰富了创新管理领域的理论体系，为后续研究奠定了基础。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization and the rise of knowledge-based economies, the importance of intellectual property (IP) protection in innovation management has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to investigate the IP protection challenges faced by Chinese enterprises during their innovation processes and to propose practical countermeasures. By conducting surveys and in-depth interviews with 120 high-tech enterprises, complemented by case analysis, this research systematically identifies the IP infringement risk points encountered by enterprises in technology development, product promotion, and market expansion. The findings reveal that enterprises generally suffer from weak IP awareness, inadequate management systems, and a shortage of specialized talent, which hinder the effective conversion of innovative capabilities into economic benefits. In response to these issues, this paper proposes specific measures focusing on improving internal management systems, enhancing talent cultivation, and optimizing external policy environments. Particular emphasis is placed on establishing a preventive risk control mechanism and creating inter-departmental collaboration platforms. This study not only provides practical guidance for relevant enterprises but also offers theoretical support for the government to formulate more scientific and reasonable IP protection policies, thereby promoting China's innovation-driven development strategy. Through empirical research, it elucidates the intrinsic relationship between IP protection and corporate innovation performance, enriching the theoretical fr amework of innovation management and laying a foundation for future studies.
