摘 要
随着电子商务的迅猛发展,物流配送作为其关键环节面临着诸多挑战。本研究旨在深入探讨电子商务物流配送中存在的问题并提出有效对策,以提升物流配送效率和服务质量。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理、实地调研以及对多家典型电商企业物流配送数据的定量分析发现,当前主要存在配送成本高、配送时效性差、最后一公里配送难题、逆向物流不完善等问题。针对上述问题,创新性地提出了基于大数据与人工智能技术优化配送路径规划、构建智能仓储管理体系、发展共享物流模式、完善社区配送站点建设等解决方案。研究结果表明,这些对策能够显著降低物流成本、提高配送效率、改善客户体验。本研究不仅为解决电子商务物流配送现存问题提供了理论依据,也为物流企业转型升级指明了方向,对促进电子商务健康可持续发展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics distribution as a critical component faces numerous challenges. This study aims to thoroughly investigate the issues in e-commerce logistics distribution and propose effective strategies to enhance distribution efficiency and service quality. Through systematic reviews of domestic and international literature, field research, and quantitative analysis of logistics distribution data from multiple representative e-commerce enterprises, it is found that the main problems currently include high distribution costs, poor timeliness, difficulties in last-mile delivery, and inadequate reverse logistics. In response to these issues, this study innovatively proposes solutions such as optimizing route planning based on big data and artificial intelligence technologies, establishing intelligent warehousing management systems, developing shared logistics models, and improving community delivery station construction. The results indicate that these strategies can significantly reduce logistics costs, improve distribution efficiency, and enhance customer experience. This research not only provides theoretical support for addressing existing problems in e-commerce logistics distribution but also offers guidance for the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises, contributing substantially to the healthy and sustainable development of e-commerce.
