摘 要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,网络平台在现代商业活动中扮演着日益重要的角色,消费者权益保护在网络环境下面临新的挑战。本研究旨在探讨消费者权益保护在网络平台上的实现问题与对策,以期为构建更加完善的网络消费环境提供理论支持和实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对典型网络平台案例的分析,结合问卷调查、访谈等方法获取一手数据,深入剖析了当前网络平台上消费者权益保护存在的主要问题,如信息不对称、交易安全风险、售后服务缺失等,并探究其背后的原因。研究发现,法律法规存在滞后性,监管机制不够健全,平台自律意识不足是导致上述问题的关键因素。基于此,提出完善法律法规体系,强化政府监管职能,提高平台自律水平,建立多元协同治理机制等对策建议。本研究创新性地将消费者权益保护置于网络平台这一特定场景下进行考察,不仅丰富了消费者权益保护理论,还为解决网络平台消费者权益保护难题提供了新思路,对促进网络经济健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, online platforms have assumed an increasingly significant role in modern commercial activities, presenting new challenges for consumer rights protection in the network environment. This study aims to explore the issues and countermeasures concerning the realization of consumer rights protection on online platforms, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for constructing a more comprehensive online consumption environment. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, analyzing typical cases of online platforms, and obtaining primary data through methods such as questionnaires and interviews, this research thoroughly examines the main problems existing in consumer rights protection on current online platforms, including information asymmetry, transaction security risks, and lack of after - sales service, and explores the underlying reasons. The study finds that the key factors leading to these problems are the lagging nature of laws and regulations, inadequate supervision mechanisms, and insufficient self - discipline awareness of platforms. Based on this, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the legal system, strengthening government supervisory functions, enhancing platform self - discipline levels, and establishing a diversified collaborative governance mechanism. This study innovatively examines consumer rights protection within the specific context of online platforms, not only enriching the theory of consumer rights protection but also providing new ideas for solving the difficulties of consumer rights protection on online platforms, which is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the online economy.
