摘 要
随着电子商务的迅猛发展,网络购物已成为消费者日常生活的重要组成部分,但同时也带来了诸多消费者权益保护的新挑战。本研究旨在探讨电子商务环境下消费者权益保护面临的挑战并提出相应对策。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理以及对典型电商平台和案例的深入分析,结合问卷调查与访谈获取一手数据,发现当前主要存在个人信息泄露风险高、商品质量参差不齐、售后服务难以保障等问题。针对上述问题,创新性地提出了构建多主体协同治理机制,包括强化电商平台责任意识,完善法律法规体系以适应电商新业态发展需求,利用区块链等新兴技术提升交易透明度,加强消费者教育提高自我保护能力等措施。研究结果表明,通过综合施策能够有效改善电子商务领域消费者权益保护现状,为监管部门制定政策提供理论依据,也为电商平台优化服务指明方向,有助于营造健康有序的网络消费环境,促进电子商务行业的可持续发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, online shopping has become an integral part of consumers' daily lives, yet it also presents new challenges to consumer rights protection. This study aims to explore the challenges faced by consumer rights protection in the e-commerce environment and propose corresponding strategies. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international literature, conducting in-depth analyses of typical e-commerce platforms and cases, and obtaining primary data through surveys and interviews, this research identifies key issues such as high risks of personal information leakage, inconsistent product quality, and inadequate after-sales service. In response to these problems, this study innovatively proposes the establishment of a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance mechanism, which includes enhancing the responsibility awareness of e-commerce platforms, refining legal and regulatory fr ameworks to meet the needs of new e-commerce business models, leveraging emerging technologies like blockchain to increase transaction transparency, and strengthening consumer education to improve self-protection capabilities. The findings indicate that a comprehensive approach can effectively improve the current state of consumer rights protection in the e-commerce sector, providing theoretical support for regulatory authorities in policy formulation and guiding e-commerce platforms in optimizing their services. This contributes to fostering a healthy and orderly online consumption environment and promoting the sustainable development of the e-commerce industry.
