摘 要
随着医疗行业的发展，医患关系问题日益凸显，成为影响医疗法律执行效果的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨医疗法律执行中的医患关系问题并提出相应对策，以期改善医患关系，保障医疗法律的有效实施。通过对国内外相关文献的系统综述以及对典型医患纠纷案例的深入分析，结合问卷调查和访谈法收集到的一手数据，发现当前医患关系存在信任缺失、沟通不畅、权利义务不对等及医疗信息透明度低等问题，在医疗法律执行过程中具体表现为患者维权意识增强但途径有限、医疗机构风险防控机制不完善等。创新性地从构建和谐医患关系视角出发，提出强化法律法规宣传普及教育、优化医疗服务流程、建立健全医疗纠纷第三方调解机制、提高医务人员职业素养与沟通能力等对策，为解决医疗法律执行中的医患关系问题提供了新的思路，有助于促进医疗行业的健康发展，维护社会稳定和谐。

Abstract
As the healthcare industry continues to develop, the issue of doctor-patient relationships has become increasingly prominent, emerging as a critical factor influencing the effectiveness of medical law enforcement. This study aims to explore the challenges in doctor-patient relationships within the context of medical law enforcement and propose corresponding strategies to improve these relationships and ensure the effective implementation of medical laws. Through a systematic review of relevant domestic and international literature, an in-depth analysis of typical doctor-patient dispute cases, and primary data collected via surveys and interviews, it is found that current doctor-patient relationships are characterized by issues such as lack of trust, inadequate communication, imbalance in rights and obligations, and low transparency of medical information. These issues manifest in the process of medical law enforcement as enhanced patient awareness of rights protection but limited avenues for action, and incomplete risk prevention mechanisms in medical institutions. Innovatively approaching from the perspective of building harmonious doctor-patient relationships, this study proposes strategies including strengthening legal education and publicity, optimizing medical service processes, establishing and improving third-party mediation mechanisms for medical disputes, and enhancing the professional competence and communication skills of medical staff. These strategies provide new insights into addressing doctor-patient relationship issues in medical law enforcement, contributing to the healthy development of the healthcare industry and the maintenance of social stability and harmony.
