云计算技术在政府信息化中的应用 -计算机科学与技术专业

摘要

随着信息技术的迅猛发展，政府信息化建设成为提升政府治理能力现代化水平的关键举措。云计算技术凭借其强大的资源整合、按需服务、快速弹性等优势，在政府信息化进程中展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在探讨云计算技术在政府信息化中的应用，以期为政府信息化建设提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对典型政府云平台案例的分析，采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，深入剖析云计算技术在电子政务、公共服务、数据共享等方面的应用现状、面临挑战及应对策略。研究表明，云计算技术能够有效降低政府信息化建设成本，提高资源利用率和服务效率，促进跨部门间的数据流通与业务协同。创新点在于构建了适用于政府场景的云计算应用评价体系，从安全性、可靠性、可扩展性等多个维度进行综合评估，并提出基于云计算的政府信息化建设框架，为推动政府数字化转型提供了新思路和新模式，对于提升政府服务效能具有重要意义。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, the informatization of government has become a critical measure to enhance the modernization level of government governance. Cloud computing technology, with its advantages of powerful resource integration, on-demand services, and rapid elasticity, demonstrates enormous potential in the process of government informatization. This study aims to explore the application of cloud computing technology in government informatization, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of government informatization. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally and analyzing typical government cloud platform cases, this research employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to thoroughly examine the current status, challenges faced, and coping strategies of cloud computing technology applications in e-government, public services, and data sharing. The findings indicate that cloud computing technology can effectively reduce the cost of government informatization construction, improve resource utilization and service efficiency, and promote data circulation and business collaboration across departments. An innovation of this study lies in constructing a cloud computing application evaluation system suitable for government scenarios, comprehensively assessing from multiple dimensions such as security, reliability, and scalability, and proposing a government informatization construction fr amework based on cloud computing, offering new ideas and models for promoting government digital transformation, which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of government services.
