摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，数字经济已成为推动全球经济变革的关键力量。本研究旨在探讨数字经济对产业结构升级的影响机制及其效应。基于2010-2020年中国31个省份的面板数据，采用固定效应模型和工具变量法进行实证分析。研究发现，数字经济发展显著促进了产业结构高级化与合理化，具体表现为加速传统产业数字化转型、催生新兴产业以及优化资源配置效率。创新点在于首次将数字基础设施建设水平纳入分析框架，并区分了不同区域间的发展差异。东部地区凭借良好的数字基础条件，在产业融合方面表现突出；中西部地区则通过承接产业转移实现跨越式发展。此外，研究还揭示了数字技术赋能对制造业服务化转型的重要作用。主要贡献在于为理解数字经济时代下中国产业结构转型升级提供了理论依据和实证支持，同时为政府制定相关政策提供了科学参考，强调应加强数字基础设施建设，培育数字经济新业态，以实现高质量发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the digital economy has become a key driver of global economic transformation. This study aims to investigate the impact mechanism and effects of the digital economy on industrial structure upgrading. Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China between 2010 and 2020, this research employs fixed effects models and instrumental variable methods for empirical analysis. The findings indicate that the development of the digital economy significantly promotes the advancement and rationalization of industrial structures, specifically by accelerating the digital transformation of traditional industries, fostering the emergence of new industries, and optimizing resource allocation efficiency. A novel contribution of this study is the inclusion of digital infrastructure development levels within the analytical fr amework, while also distinguishing regional development differences. Eastern regions, benefiting from superior digital foundations, exhibit remarkable performance in industrial integration; central and western regions achieve leapfrog development through industrial transfer. Additionally, the study reveals the significant role of digital technology empowerment in facilitating the service-oriented transformation of manufacturing. The primary contributions of this research lie in providing theoretical insights and empirical support for understanding China’s industrial structure transformation in the digital economy era, as well as offering scientific references for policymakers to emphasize strengthening digital infrastructure construction and nurturing new forms of digital economy to achieve high-quality development.
