云计算技术在医疗信息化中的应用 -计算机科学与技术专业

摘要

随着信息技术的迅猛发展，医疗行业正经历着深刻的数字化转型，云计算技术凭借其强大的计算能力、灵活的资源调配和高效的数据处理能力，在医疗信息化建设中展现出巨大的应用潜力。本研究旨在探讨云计算技术在医疗信息化中的具体应用，通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法，系统梳理了云计算在医疗数据存储、远程医疗服务、医疗影像处理等方面的应用现状。研究发现，云计算能够有效解决传统医疗信息系统中存在的数据孤岛问题，实现医疗资源的优化配置，提高医疗服务效率与质量。特别是基于云平台的电子病历共享系统，不仅实现了跨区域、跨机构的医疗信息互联互通，还为临床决策支持提供了坚实的数据基础。此外，研究创新性地提出了“云边协同”的医疗信息化架构，该架构结合边缘计算的优势，进一步提升了医疗数据处理的实时性和安全性，为智慧医疗的发展提供了新的思路和技术支撑，对推动我国医疗信息化建设具有重要意义。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, the healthcare industry is undergoing profound digital transformation. Cloud computing technology, characterized by its powerful computational capabilities, flexible resource allocation, and efficient data processing, demonstrates significant application potential in healthcare informatization. This study aims to explore the specific applications of cloud computing technology in healthcare informatization through a combination of literature review and case analysis, systematically examining the current status of cloud computing applications in medical data storage, telemedicine services, and medical image processing. The findings indicate that cloud computing can effectively address the issue of data silos in traditional medical information systems, optimize the allocation of medical resources, and enhance the efficiency and quality of healthcare services. Particularly, cloud-based electronic medical record sharing systems not only achieve interoperability of medical information across regions and institutions but also provide a robust data foundation for clinical decision support. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes a "cloud-edge collaboration" architecture for healthcare informatization, which leverages the advantages of edge computing to further improve the real-time processing and security of medical data, offering new insights and technological support for the development of smart healthcare, and playing a crucial role in advancing healthcare informatization in China.
