  随着医疗器械行业快速发展,对生产效率和产品质量的要求日益提高,传统装配方式已难以满足需求。本研究旨在探讨自动化装配技术在医疗器械制造中的应用,以提升生产效率、保证产品一致性并降低人为误差。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了自动化装配技术的发展现状及其在不同类型医疗器械制造中的具体应用实例,重点分析了机器人装配系统、智能传感器集成以及自动化生产线优化等关键技术。研究表明,自动化装配技术能够显著缩短生产周期,提高装配精度,减少不良品率,特别是在高精度要求的植入式器械和一次性耗材生产中效果尤为明显。创新性地提出了基于物联网的远程监控与故障诊断系统,实现了生产设备的实时状态监测和预防性维护,为医疗器械制造提供了智能化解决方案。此外,还构建了适用于中小规模企业的模块化自动化装配平台,降低了企业引入自动化系统的门槛,推动了自动化技术在医疗器械行业的普及应用。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of the medical device industry, increasing demands are being placed on production efficiency and product quality, making traditional assembly methods increasingly inadequate. This study aims to investigate the application of automated assembly technology in medical device manufacturing to enhance production efficiency, ensure product consistency, and minimize human error. By integrating literature review with case analysis, this paper systematically examines the current status of automated assembly technology and its specific applications in different types of medical device manufacturing, focusing on key technologies such as robotic assembly systems, intelligent sensor integration, and optimization of automated production lines. The research demonstrates that automated assembly technology can significantly reduce production cycles, improve assembly accuracy, and decrease defect rates, particularly in the production of high-precision implantable devices and single-use consumables. Innovatively, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system is proposed, enabling real-time status monitoring and preventive maintenance of production equipment, thereby providing intelligent solutions for medical device manufacturing. Additionally, a modular automated assembly platform suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises has been developed, lowering the threshold for introducing automation systems and promoting the widespread adoption of automation technology in the medical device industry.
