  刺槐林作为一种重要的生态修复树种,在土壤改良方面具有显著作用。本研究旨在探讨刺槐林对土壤的改良效应及其机理,选择典型刺槐林地为研究对象,通过设置不同林龄、不同植被覆盖度等实验组与对照组,采用土壤理化性质测定、微生物群落结构分析等方法进行系统研究。结果表明,随着刺槐林林龄增长,土壤有机质含量、全氮含量、速效磷含量等关键指标显著提高,土壤容重降低,孔隙度增加,土壤结构得到优化;同时,刺槐林根系分泌物和凋落物分解促进了土壤微生物多样性增加,形成以纤维素分解菌为主的有益菌群结构,加速了养分循环。研究表明,刺槐林可通过改善土壤物理结构、提升土壤肥力、调节微生物群落等多途径实现土壤质量的整体提升,为退化土地生态修复提供了新的思路与实践依据,创新性地揭示了刺槐林在土壤改良中的综合效应及内在机制,强调了刺槐林在生态修复工程中的重要应用价值。

Abstract
  Robinia pseudoacacia forests, as an important ecological restoration tree species, play a significant role in soil improvement. This study aims to investigate the soil improvement effects and mechanisms of Robinia pseudoacacia forests by selecting typical forest sites as research subjects. Experimental groups with different forest ages and vegetation coverage levels were established along with control groups, and systematic studies were conducted using methods such as soil physicochemical property measurements and microbial community structure analysis. The results indicate that with the increase in forest age, key indicators such as soil organic matter content, total nitrogen content, and available phosphorus content significantly improved, while soil bulk density decreased and porosity increased, optimizing soil structure. Simultaneously, root exudates and litter decomposition of Robinia pseudoacacia promoted an increase in soil microbial diversity, forming a beneficial bacterial community structure dominated by cellulose-degrading bacteria, thereby accelerating nutrient cycling. This study demonstrates that Robinia pseudoacacia forests can enhance soil quality comprehensively through multiple pathways, including improving soil physical structure, increasing soil fertility, and regulating microbial communities. It provides new insights and practical evidence for the ecological restoration of degraded lands, innovatively revealing the comprehensive effects and intrinsic mechanisms of Robinia pseudoacacia forests in soil improvement, and emphasizing their significant application value in ecological restoration projects.
