摘 要
社区矫正是我国刑事司法体系的重要组成部分，旨在通过非监禁方式对犯罪人员进行教育改造。本研究聚焦于社会工作方法在社区矫正中的应用及其效果，以期为完善我国社区矫正制度提供理论与实践依据。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，结合实地调研和案例分析，选取了具有代表性的三个地区作为样本，运用定量与定性相结合的研究方法，深入探讨了社会工作介入模式、服务内容及实施路径。研究发现，专业化的社会工作团队能够有效提升社区矫正对象的社会适应能力，降低再犯率；个案管理、小组活动等多元化服务形式有助于构建积极健康的社区环境；心理辅导与职业技能培训是促进矫正对象回归社会的关键因素。

Abstract
Community correction is an important part of our criminal justice system, which aims to educate criminals through non-imprisonment. This study focuses on the application and effect of social work methods in community correction, in order to provide a theoretical and practical basis for improving the community correction system in China. Through the systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field research and case analysis, three representative regions were selected as samples, and using the research methods combining quantitative and qualitative, the social work intervention mode, service content and implementation path were deeply discussed. It is found that a professional social work team can effectively improve the social adaptability of community correction ob jects and reduce the recidivism rate; diversified service forms such as case management and group activities help to build a positive and healthy community environment; and psychological counseling and vocational skills training are the key factors to promote the return of correction ob jects to society.
