摘 要
随着全球化竞争加剧和知识经济时代的到来,企业创新能力成为决定其生存与发展的重要因素,组织学习文化作为企业内部知识创造、共享与应用的土壤,在提升企业创新能力方面具有不可忽视的作用。本研究旨在探讨组织学习文化与企业创新能力提升之间的关系,基于相关理论构建了包含学习氛围、领导支持、员工参与等维度的组织学习文化测量模型,并以企业创新能力为因变量,选取我国多个行业的300家企业进行问卷调查收集数据。采用结构方程模型分析方法对假设进行检验,结果表明组织学习文化的各个维度均对企业创新能力有着显著正向影响,其中学习氛围的影响最为突出。这说明积极的组织学习文化能够促进企业创新资源的有效整合与利用,进而提高创新能力。

Abstract
As globalization intensifies and the knowledge economy era emerges, corporate innovation capability has become a critical determinant of business survival and development. Organizational learning culture, serving as the foundation for knowledge creation, sharing, and application within enterprises, plays an indispensable role in enhancing corporate innovation capability. This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational learning culture and the enhancement of corporate innovation capability. Based on relevant theories, a measurement model of organizational learning culture was constructed, encompassing dimensions such as learning climate, leadership support, and employee participation. With corporate innovation capability as the dependent variable, data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 300 enterprises across multiple industries in China. Structural equation modeling was employed to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that all dimensions of organizational learning culture have a significantly positive impact on corporate innovation capability, with the influence of learning climate being the most pronounced. This suggests that a proactive organizational learning culture can facilitate the effective integration and utilization of innovation resources, thereby enhancing innovation capability. The novelty of this research lies in its multidimensional analysis of the connotations of organizational learning culture and empirical examination of its relationship with corporate innovation capability, providing theoretical support for fostering a conducive learning environment within enterprises.
