摘 要
随着社会转型加速，社区面临复杂多变的服务需求，传统社会工作服务模式难以满足日益增长的多样化需求。本研究旨在通过整合社区内各类资源，探索创新的社会工作服务模式，以提高服务效率和质量。基于系统理论与资源整合理论，选取典型城市社区作为研究对象，运用文献分析、案例研究及问卷调查等方法，深入剖析现有服务模式存在的问题及其成因。研究发现，通过建立多元主体参与机制、优化资源配置流程、构建信息共享平台等措施，能够有效提升社区资源利用效率和服务精准度。特别是创新性地提出“一站式”服务平台概念，将政府、企业、社会组织和个人等多方力量有机融合，形成协同效应。该模式不仅解决了以往条块分割、重复建设等问题，还为居民提供了更加便捷高效的服务体验。

Abstract
With the acceleration of social transformation, communities are faced with complex and changeable service demands, and the traditional social work service mode is difficult to meet the growing diversified demands. This study aims to explore innovative social work service models by integrating various resources within the community to improve service efficiency and quality. Based on the system theory and the resource integration theory, the typical urban communities are selected as the research ob ject, and the literature analysis, case study and questionnaire survey are used to deeply analyze the problems and causes of the existing service mode. The study found that through the establishment of multi-subject participation mechanism, optimization of resource allocation process and construction of information sharing platform, the efficiency of community resource utilization and service accuracy can be effectively improved. In particular, the concept of "one-stop" service platform, which organically integrates the forces of the government, enterprises, social organizations and individuals to form a synergistic effect. This mode not only solves the previous problems of fragmentation and repeated construction, but also provides residents with more convenient and efficient service experience.
