摘 要
随着智能物流系统的快速发展,自动化装配技术在提高物流效率、降低成本方面展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在探讨自动化装配技术在智能物流系统中的应用,通过分析当前智能物流系统面临的挑战,结合自动化装配技术的特点,提出一套适用于智能物流系统的自动化装配解决方案。研究采用文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,对国内外相关研究成果进行梳理,并选取典型智能物流企业作为研究对象,深入剖析其自动化装配流程。结果表明,自动化装配技术能够显著提升物流系统的作业效率,减少人为错误,优化资源配置。特别是在货物分拣、包装等环节,自动化装配设备的应用使得操作更加精准高效。创新点在于将机器人视觉识别技术与自动化装配系统深度融合,实现了对不同形状和尺寸货物的自动识别与处理,提高了系统的适应性和灵活性。

Abstract
With the rapid development of intelligent logistics systems, automated assembly technology has demonstrated significant potential in enhancing logistics efficiency and reducing costs. This study aims to explore the application of automated assembly technology in intelligent logistics systems by analyzing current challenges faced by these systems and integrating the characteristics of automated assembly technology, thereby proposing an automated assembly solution tailored for intelligent logistics systems. The research methodology combines literature review with case analysis, systematically examining relevant studies both domestically and internationally, while selecting representative intelligent logistics enterprises as research subjects to conduct an in-depth analysis of their automated assembly processes. The findings indicate that automated assembly technology can substantially improve operational efficiency within logistics systems, reduce human errors, and optimize resource allocation. Particularly in sorting and packaging operations, the application of automated assembly equipment achieves more precise and efficient handling. An innovation highlight is the deep integration of robotic vision recognition technology with the automated assembly system, enabling automatic identification and processing of goods with varying shapes and sizes, thus enhancing system adaptability and flexibility. Furthermore, by establishing predictive models based on big data analysis, the scheduling strategies for assembly have been further optimized, providing new insights and technical support for the intelligent upgrade of logistics systems and promoting innovative development in the logistics industry.
