摘    要

  随着市场竞争的日益激烈,企业面临着诸多挑战,员工激励机制作为提升企业绩效的重要手段,逐渐成为学术界和企业界关注的焦点。本研究旨在探讨员工激励机制对企业绩效的影响,基于委托代理理论、期望理论等理论基础,构建了包含物质激励、精神激励、职业发展激励三个维度的员工激励机制评价体系。员工激励机制与企业绩效之间存在显著正相关关系,其中物质激励对当期企业绩效有直接促进作用,精神激励有助于提高员工忠诚度从而间接影响企业绩效,职业发展激励能增强员工归属感进而提升企业长期绩效。创新之处在于将员工激励机制细化为三个维度并分别探究其对企业绩效的影响路径,且从短期和长期两个视角分析不同激励方式的作用效果,为企业合理构建员工激励机制提供理论依据,也为完善企业管理实践作出一定贡献。

Abstract 
  With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are faced with many challenges. As an important means to improve enterprise performance, the employee incentive mechanism has gradually become the focus of academia and business circles. This study aims to explore the influence of employee incentive mechanism on enterprise performance. Based on the theoretical basis of principal-agent theory and expectation theory, the employee incentive mechanism evaluation system includes three dimensions of material incentive, spiritual incentive and career development incentive. There is a significant positive correlation between the employee incentive mechanism and the enterprise performance, among which the material incentive has a direct effect on promoting the current enterprise performance, and the spiritual incentive helps to improve the employee loyalty and thus indirectly affect the enterprise performance. Career development incentive can enhance the sense of belonging of employees and then improve the long-term performance of the enterprise. The innovation lies in refining the employee incentive mechanism into three dimensions and exploring its influence path on enterprise performance respectively, and analyzing the effects of different incentive methods from the short-term and long-term perspectives, so as to provide theoretical basis for the reasonable construction of employee incentive mechanism, and make certain contributions to the improvement of enterprise management practice.
