  随着制造业向个性化与多样化发展,大规模定制生产成为提升企业竞争力的关键。传统装配方式难以满足大规模定制对效率、精度及灵活性的要求,自动化装配技术凭借其高效性、精准性和可调性成为解决这一问题的有效途径。本研究旨在探讨自动化装配在大规模定制生产中的应用,以提高生产效率和产品质量为目标,基于模块化设计思想,提出一种适用于大规模定制生产的自动化装配系统架构,该架构融合了智能识别、柔性传输和自适应调整等关键技术。通过构建仿真模型并进行实例验证,结果表明所提出的系统能够显著缩短产品换型时间,提高装配准确率,增强生产线的柔性和响应速度。创新点在于将模块化设计理念与自动化装配技术深度融合,实现了从单一品种大批量生产到多品种小批量生产的平滑过渡,为大规模定制生产提供了新的解决方案,主要贡献是为制造业转型升级提供理论支持和技术参考,推动了自动化装配技术在大规模定制生产领域的深入应用和发展。

Abstract

  As manufacturing evolves towards personalization and diversification, mass customization has become crucial for enhancing corporate competitiveness. Traditional assembly methods struggle to meet the demands of mass customization in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility. Automated assembly technology, characterized by its high efficiency, precision, and adaptability, offers an effective solution to these challenges. This study investigates the application of automated assembly in mass customization production, aiming to improve production efficiency and product quality. Based on modular design principles, a novel automated assembly system architecture is proposed for mass customization production. This architecture integrates key technologies such as intelligent recognition, flexible conveying, and adaptive adjustment. By constructing simulation models and conducting empirical validation, the results demonstrate that the proposed system can significantly reduce product changeover time, enhance assembly accuracy, and increase the flexibility and responsiveness of production lines. The innovation lies in the deep integration of modular design concepts with automated assembly technology, achieving a smooth transition from large-scale single-variety production to small-batch multi-variety production. This provides new solutions for mass customization production and contributes theoretically and technically to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, promoting the in-depth application and development of automated assembly technology in the field of mass customization production.
