基于绩效管理的员工激励策略研究
摘 要
随着现代企业管理理论的发展,绩效管理在企业运营中的重要性日益凸显。本研究聚焦于基于绩效管理的员工激励策略,旨在探讨如何通过科学合理的绩效管理体系提升员工工作积极性和创造力。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合我国企业实际情况,采用问卷调查与案例分析相结合的方法,选取具有代表性的企业样本进行深入研究。研究发现,有效的绩效管理不仅能够准确衡量员工工作成果,更能为个性化激励措施提供依据。创新之处在于构建了包含物质激励、精神激励和发展激励在内的三维激励模型,并提出将短期激励与长期激励相结合的理念。实证研究表明,该模型能显著提高员工满意度和忠诚度,进而增强企业核心竞争力。

Abstract
With the development of modern enterprise management theory, the importance of performance management in enterprise operation is becoming increasingly prominent. This study focuses on employee incentive strategies based on performance management, and aims to explore how to enhance employee work enthusiasm and creativity through a scientific and reasonable performance management system. Through the systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises, the combination of questionnaire survey and case analysis is adopted to select representative enterprise samples for in-depth research. It is found that effective performance management can not only accurately measure the work results of employees, but also provide a basis for personalized incentive measures. The innovation lies in the construction of a three-dimensional incentive model including material incentive, spiritual incentive and development incentive, and puts forward the concept of combining short-term incentive with long-term incentive. Empirical research shows that this model can significantly improve employee satisfaction and loyalty, and then enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
